Water damage along the wall had discolored the carpet. The damaged piece was removed and replaced with a piece from under the stairs, then the damaged piece was re-installed under the stairs where it was less visable

Used closet carpet for stained area replacement and installed stained carpet into the less visable corner of the closet.
Used closet carpet to patch into a damaged area, the customer found a similar colored carpet to patch back into the closet area
This beautiful white wool carpet had trafficked and stained areas, luckily the customer had kept a couple pieces from the installation
A remodel left this area bare, the customer didn't want to replace this beautiful patterend carpet so we were able to patch in carpet from another area of the remodel. Just like any fabric, carpet can be sun bleached over time. The patched in carpet was not exposed to sun, leaving it a shade darker. The trade off was saving thousands of dollars for new carpet.
